Question:
I have patches of irritated skin on my upper inner thighs, basically where my legs touch, right below the groin. Each patch feels like it's 2 inches around.

You can't see anything, but I can feel it. There is no redness, but when I touch those areas, they feel almost wet or something.

There is another pat a bit higher on my left leg, in the crease where I have some stretch marks. It doesn't feel as irritated as the other two.

any thoughts? Does this sound like Herpes?
