I've read that H can manifest itself by paper cuts or tears in the skin.

What would this look like and/or feel like? Would it be irritated, itch, and/or burn, or go unnoticed?

paper cuts, or tears in the skin might be sites of increased risk for infection, but HSV is characterized by a blister...

I have heard from some girls on the site that when they get a blister on the soft tissue of the labia, or inside the vagina etc, that they look like slits, or tears... but I suspect that it only appears that way because in the process of holding the skin tissue back to see the blister, it pulls the blister long ways to appear more as a slit then as an open blister.
