I was reading some info on the net and I was reading about the steps

Early redness may be seen in a small area of skin. This area may be sensitive, itchy, or painful to the touch.


Small area of swelling, which may not be noticed.


Small blisters filled with fluid (clear, whitish, or red) form on top of the area that had early redness and/or swelling. There may be one blister, a few blisters, or groups of blisters.


Wet ulcers appear when the tops of the blisters come off. They may look like red, swollen areas or small cuts. These sores may feel tender and/or raw to the touch. There may be one tiny sore, a group of sores, or several large ulcers.


Dry crust (scab) forms over the wet ulcer as the sore begins to heal. The crust hardens as the sore dries, and new skin grows underneath the scab.
My question is Does it always happen this way, Will Scabs/Dry crust form on the area.
The other day somthing came out on the head of my penis, im not sure wat it was but it pretty much went away and i didnt see any scabs forming.

Thats why I want to know if the last step is somthing that always happens, because if that is the case, then it must have been somthing else and not herpes.

Seems pretty close to what you described..

red tingling feeling, followed by small blisters (visible), blisters pop, and then it goes through a healing process... sounds pretty close to what you described.

The "Scab" that you asked about... i guess it doesn't have to be a BIG BLACK SCAB... but basically, it dries up and it looks like a discoloration from your normal skin... the sore does dry up though and then you basically have to wait for the scap to go away (skin heals, old skin "flakes" off)

Yes somthing did happen about a week ago I found some stuff on the tip/head of my penis.

If only had sex with 2 girls in my life, the first was std free , i know this becasue i went with her when she got tested. And I should have been clean since i was a virgin.

The second girl i had sex with was in october 2003 some girl i met, I made sure I used a condom when we had sex, however she went down on me and gave me a BJ without useing a condom.

However I didnt notice any blisters,cold sores or anything funny in her mouth that could have transferred to me. I mean from what I was able to see, that and probably if she did have somthing in her mouth she would have probably transferred it to my mouth since we kissed, or some other part of my body i persume.

I got these little how would you say, small red pimple like dots on my penis head, looked like white heads im not to sure(i am not circumcised) they weren't all together, they where spread out ,you could count them, a small amout.

I saw them for like 2 days then they like disappeared and what remained where some small red marks where they where but they didnt hurt or anything, I thought it was nothing, thought they were going away, then out of nowhere a couple came back (does herpes do this?????)

then a day or 2 later they went away and now all I have is like 4 tiny red dots(they dont appear to be scabs or anything just like red ness that remains from a pimple, thats what it looks like).

Does this sound like herpes???? Does it go away then come back?I have no scabs or crusts or anything, Could the girl have given me herpes?
