Question:
Two weekends ago I went to visit my boyfriend. Well after getting home from there I went to work on Tuesday well my leg was itching where I had a known mosiquito bite. Well while scratching that I noticed this blister-like sores on my knee that have white pus inside. Well I didnt really question it too much because I thought OH maybe its a infected hair follicle. Well when some of the blister started to go away I noticed another popped up. Well now I have even seen some starting to appear on my other leg. I called my boyfriend and asked him to look at his legs and see if he had any of the same things. Well he said I have some pimple looking things on my legs around my thigh. Could this possible be HERPES on my leg? Its so hot outside and right now I cannot bring myself around to even thinking about putting on shorts. Any advice or help would be great in the mean time I will be making an appointment with my doctor.

well...you are not crazy for questioning that...because i have been doing the same thing!! i have been diagnosed hsv2 about five months ago. sometimes i get little blisters on my thighs...here and there...no clusters, though, that seem to be water filled. they are small. sometimes they itch and sometimes they dont. usually they will go away in a day or so.

but...i am so paranoid about this virus, that i am thinking the same thing!!! one showed up on the side of my knee. im thinkin..."oh my goodness!! i have herpes of the knee!!". its kinda funny and its kinda sad. :D :( :roll: :oops:

i would like to hear from anyone who might know about this too.

well i am going to my doctor tomorrow so i will let you know what he says... I am very concerned about this. Especially since every year I have routine paps and get tested for everything even though im married. I would hate to know that my husband has messed around and gave me this. Last time I had my blood drawn everything was negative so we will see.

Oh excuse me. Yes let me explain a little better in detail. I am married but separated and going through a divorce. But at one point in time while separated was still in hopes of working things out with my soon to be ex and yes we had sex. Later I found out he had a girlfriend that he had been dating since we separated. Yes now I have a boyfriend. If that better explains things.
