Question:
exactly 28 days ago while i was in europe i had oral sex. I knew the girl for a while and she herself told me she didn't have sex. I never came during the oral sex and it was very short too, not even 5 minutes. I honestly do not remember her having any coldsores either. Although a few days later she had a coldsore on her lips. 3 weeks ago on the bottom of my penis were these very tiny almost white dots that were in strings. they are so small i have to stretch the skin to see them. it is a little red. as soon as i saw that it scared the life out of me. First time oral sex and this happens. They dots are still there yet they have not spread or anything, not gotten bigger, dont itch burn....nothing. I had my sports physical yesterday and i asked the doctor what it was and he said that it is probably a rash, he prescribed me a cream to use for 10 days and if it does not go away to come back. i could not be more scared now, i'm only 16 and dont want to have herpes. i dont know if i could ever talk to my parents normally again if i was diagnosed with it. i took a bloodtest and urinetest yesterday too, will that show anything? i will use that cream tomorow but other than that im still scared, i dont know what to do and according to everything i read i think i have the symptoms,
please any insight on what could be happening

did you tell the doctor at your physical of the potential exposure to Herpes? if it doesn't itch or burn, I would doubt it's Herpes. the blood and urine test... unless they are specifically testing for Herpes... is not going to show anything. Keep a watch on these dots, and if anything changes see your doctor. but I don't know anybody with Herpes that doesn't have some very noticable itching. sometimes reading the symptoms can make people think they have something... don't freak yourself out. You're probably fine. just keep a close eye on it and talk to your doctor if you're still concerned. good luck.

Asko.. What you are describing seems to be normal in males. My ex-husband used to get I guess maybe sweat and other buildup in pores around base of his penis and also around his testicles. You might want to also consider that if it doesnt go away.
