Question:
a day after having sex i noticed these 2 white blisters on my scrotum and itching from my research i think its one of the 2 but none of them say they show up the next day so is it herpes or molluscum or neither

Keep an eye on the bumps. Herpes will eventually go away on its own but molluscum WILL NOT. I was first diagnosed with genital warts, then folliculitis then herpes because the doc could not figure out what it was. So i go to a dermatologist and he takes one look and tells me it is molluscum. Molluscum is EASY to diagnose because the small reddish raised bumps have a signature crater in the center. They are completely painless and if you were blind you would not even know they are there. The only bad part is, is that getting them removed hurts like all get out. They take liquid nitrogen and zap them. It hurt worse than my tattoo. But on the brignt side it wont come back. Hope this helps.
