I hate it and he wont accept what he has done he went out and had sex with another got infected then infected me.
and I am in a bad spot now! I am thinking of having him charged so he cant do this again and i can feel satisfied, I can the police said I could bring charges in my case. I know my life has changed and I cant ignore it and if I don't he will infect others.
I think most people are responsible and would not infect another if they knew, if one is told they have done so they must go get a test he wont even admit it.
He ruined my life where I took every step to prevent this, he was not infected when we met he got infected after 4 months after having sex with a with a well.......
I am bitter life was bad any way now its worse where is the sunny side to this? there are too many creeps, men and woman who don't care because they can get away with it and too many others who suffer because they can.
I have many problems with my health now I even get shingles, I have nothing better to live for but to fight the good fight :twisted:

Well fighting the good fight is well worth it. Keep that attitude. A good attitude helps to keep this thing dormant. Everyone's story is different. I got infected 17 days ago and my now exboyfriend won't even take my calls. We never even discussed the fact that he has given this too me. He started avoiding right after we were together. I did leave him a message and sent him an email telling him about it. But theres nothing like being face to face and talking about it. Guess I'll never get the chance. He knows good and well what he has done. However, I have not had an outbreak yet. I had tingling and fever the first week after exposure but immedietly started taking vitamins after self diagnosis. If your interested go look at the post i made helpful info after exposure. I have been taking lots of vitamins and herbs and all my symptoms are gone now. Actually feel better than ever, lots of energy. As far as charging him with a crime, sounds good to me but look into that carefully before you do anything, educate yourself. It might be more trouble than its worth. You need less stress in your life now, not more. I too was looking on the net for info about suing for giving someone herpes. Doesn't look people who get infected win many cases. It's one of those STDs where most people dont know they have it and use it as a defense. I have found that educating myself about this has been the most helpful to me. Also, talking about it on this forum has been the best therapy there is. If I can help others keep from having an outbreak by educating them with what I have learned then having this virus will not be in vain. Use this trial in your life to make you a better person, it can if you let it. You're already wiser because of it. Chances are you'll be more careful next time. I know I will. Telling future men in my life that i have this is going to be a challenge but, you know what- a man who can accept me with this is a man who can accept any faults I have, and thats the only kind of man I want. And I know those men exist. As far as the sunny side of this...well you get to make of it what you want. There is a blessing in every thing. You just have to find it. I know its easier said than done, but try to change your perspective. Try to see it from a different view. Unfortunatly when you wake up tomorrow its still gonna be there, just like the sun. No would rather spend years in court getting shot down relentlessly by his defensive protective parents.

I know a woman in American sued a bloke. he even said he did not know but he was charged.
The laws are changing I am not scared because I wont break I will set a president.
In Australia the government wants us to breed make more tax paying fodder this disease and many other neglectful ones impair breeding there for hurts money that's why I know I am on a winner.
Many of us would not be here if people where scared of getting in to trouble.
As for your boy friend get an anti bodied test, then have him charged once you do they will make him get the antibody test.
If you expose this you may find your not the only one, you may also be afraid you could of had it already.
Like they say you cant catch it twice.
