Hi there
I am new to this board, and wondering if anyone suffers from reoccurring shingles? I am 27 and have had shingles for the past 4 years, reoccurring many times.
Just wondering if anyone out there has any new info, or preventative measures or just wants to chat about this.

i think im going through shingles right now i have hsv1 and i have all these little bumps on my stomach and breast and my back and its just like chicken pox they itch eveyr now and then i was wondering is this shingles or might it be something else?
