Freaking Out, Could the Docs be Wrong?

Question:
Hell

Someone please give me some advise. or at least just responsd with something please. I'm freaking out.

So, I have had 3 sexual partners. 2 were virgins and remained in a sexual relationship with only me the entire time we were (are) together. The First, who had previous sexual experience, SAID she had been tested with negative results. This was over 3 years ago. I felt very safe by this point that I did not have HPV. Neither of other two girlfriends have exhibitted any symptoms or signs. I was with one for 2 years, and the other for the last year.... the relationships have been sexual the entire duration.

At the begining of Jan. I noticed some pubic hair that was irritated, and a small section of my penis looked red on the underside. I went to the doctor, and they told me it was just foliculitis. I got some antibiotics and used Gold Bond for a few days. The folicule irritation went away almost immediately.

However, several days passed, and my penis was very red and dry looking, some skin flaking off. My current girlfriend mentioned that she had a yeast infection as well. I was concerned about my own condition, because it did not seem to be getting any better. Again, this was only on the underside of the penis. Mainly in the crevesses and folds of skin. Without telling them about my girlfriend, they told me it was probably a bacterial, or fungal infection . . . probably yeast. I felt safe. I got some ointment and began to put that on 3 times a day.

Eventually, most of it cleared up. There were no blisters, no itching, no burning when urinating. The red areas on the underside of my penis were nearly identical on both halves, no clustering of anykind, and it primarily looked like dry, irritated skin.

Most of this went away by not having sex for about a week. When masterbating or having sex, the redness would re-appear, but subside almost immediately after re-applying the ointment that was prescribed to me. I want to also add that when me and my partner did have sex during this period, when I was just about healed, my skin would peel in some spots, but again, applying the ointment ended that immediately. No further peeling right after the first application.

Yesterday I looked almost 100 percent better. I have no problem saying that I masterbated 3 times the previous night, and had only a small pink area of irritation, and that is normal friction irritation. So Finally I felt good again. However, tonight I noticed a small, white, hard spot on the underside of my penis. Exacly in the center on the raised part ... not sure the anatomical term. At first it looked just like a piece of skin that was hanging off, but it is not. The ointment (only after 10-15 minutes of being applied) seemed to take away most of the color/swelling in the hard area. It feels like a cyst almost . . . it does not hurt, itch, etc. But still, I worry. It is also in an area I frequently put one of my fingers to begin masterbatting. Could it be just a clogged pore maybe (like most cyst?)?

Or

Could this still, possibly be Herpes?

I'm going back to the doctor tomorrow if I can get in. And i'm just going to get tested to make sure once and for all..... but i'd love to just hear an opinoin or something... please

God help me. I'm engaged as of this month too.... and i really don't want to live the rest of my life with knowing the only woman i want to be with will have to deal with this... because if i have it... then chances are she does too already.... that's what i'm more worried about than anything.

Any help??? please?

I love this woman so much, and I just don't want her to have to deal with something like this. I know she loves me and will, but i just don't want to harm her... help me.
