Hi, I'm 17, I was diagnosed with genital herpes about 2 months ago. When I was receiving my blood test results, my doctor said something about an isolated herpes culture or something like that. Since I didn't get a chance to ask, does anyone have a clue on what that means?

yes, she did do a culture. she just mentioned the isolated herpes thing.. so i'm not quite sure. I'm thinking about going back there to the clinic with direct questions because they weren't really friendly and dealt with me very quickly.
