Question:
I noticed very tiny bumps on scrotum about 10 days ago. The bumps really dont itch and are not sore, but i had had 1 or two sharp tingling sensations from that area. I now have about 6-7 (clustered in two or 1 random) bumps that have formed where my penis rolls against the original bumps when lying down. The bumps are very small like a tiny mosquito bite. The new bumps are on the shaft itself. I did do alot of online reaserch in the past week and the only real symptom I have had besides the bumps is a heavy fever and chills 4 days ago. I had been in the er for excessive drug use 6 days ago and the fever and chills followed that incident the following night.

Im pretty sure its herpes but the outbreak seems mild with no pain , but am wondering is this the beggining stage? Will it get worse? How do I confront the ignorant partner who I belive infected me? I still have denial but its overwhelmed by the fact Ive never had bumps like this before and reality has me thinking and worrying about actually having herpes.

Lastly If I do have herpes, how do I cope with the new feeling of avoiding sex which will confuse many of my clean partners into thinking I no longer like them?

Since there are many people out there that don't get any signs or symptoms and they have herpes it's going to be really hard to tell. Have you actually thought about going to see a doctor and getting some proper herpes testing done?

Will it get worse? You are really jumping the gun here because you don't know w/out a doubt what it is you have. Did you make your appointment today?

I called a testing facility to schedule a test. That will be the definitive anwser , but being 27 years old and never having experianced these symptoms before I am confident I have been infected. My partner has also shyed away for intercourse with me the past 3 weeks and I have many reasons to belive she has herpes herself. After I am tested is when I will confront her with my suspicions. Its ashame too I wore protection everytime.

Angela :( I have this feeling she already knew she had it , shes a compulsive lier ( thats a fact). At this point testing and confrontation is about all I can do , after that no good will come out of this situation because this last lie is the last straw.
