About 10 days ago, I had partly unprotected sex with my fiance. I had used a condom part of the time, but for a time, I was in side of her with out the condom, but didn't ejaculate. We had used regular latex condoms before, and then we switched to spermicidal Trojan brand condoms.

Her symptoms happened after we used the spermical condoms. I don't know if its coincidence. She had about 2 "pimples" on her vaginal area and yellow discharge. I posted a question to a doctor on medical website and he said those 2 symptoms were "Frequent signs of STD" in women. I was devasted by his reply.

I went to the STD clinic, and the initial clinical diagnosis was that I did not have any STD, but they needed to do the full blood work. HIV test was negative. My fiance went to the Emergency room, and the doctor examined her vagina took a sample of the discharge, and gave a shot in the buttocks and gave her some pills. The doctor said she didn't feel it was anything serious, and the ER nurse said my fiance would be fine. The doctor said her diagnosis my fiance had Cervicitis.But I am really concerned. I checked with the ER room and they said the full culture test was not done yet. It is scheduled to be done tommoorw. I am really worried now.

We were supposed to get married in NOvember, and I am truly worried that I gave her some incurable discease....

Do her symptoms sound like Herpes? The day after she they gave her the shot, the oral pills, and she started the metrogel, her discharge stopped and the the pimples are gone. The pimple was not a blister or open up.

I have always had protected sex, but in the past, I did get some pimple on my buttocks once, and some irrititation on my thigh.

Has your fiance made an appointment to see a doctor yet? Since you seem to be concerned about STD's have you thought about going in together and getting properly tested for STD's?

The pimple was not a blister or open up. Not everybody with herpes gets outbreaks or fever blisters.. so you really need to be tested properly in order to find out if you or your fiance has herpes.
