The vast majority of that sound will be the amp (the Vox AC30 as said), but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the Fulltone being used as well. It is quite popular right now.

Jon of right now uses a boss tu-2 tuner, well i think thats the name, fulltone fulldrive orginal without switch, and a boss dd-5 with a tempo foot pedal. Now for the amp he has just made the change from his old Vox AC-30 to the Top hat king Royal or something like that which is an exact clone of a vox.
