Question:
Anybody had any experience with this tremolo? They go for about $180 online. I know a guy who is planning to get rid of his and he told me I could try it out and then make him an offer. Couple of questions:
1. Is it worth even looking into?
2. If I do try it out and like it, what would be a good offer to make? I'd like to get the best deal but I don't want to insult the guy by offering too low?
Harmony Central only has one review on this pedal and I searched this forum and couldn't find anything on it so I thought I'd just ask. My initial thought is to not even deal with the thing cause it's not like I need a $180 tremolo pedal but if this thing is some kind of hidden gem I figured someone on here would know about it.

1.Is it worth looking into? In a word...YES. IMO, it's one of the better trems out there. Though I don't have alot of experience with it, what I have heard has blown me away.
2. Price? I would probably see if you can shoot for the 140-45 Range. If you really like it, don't be afraid to creep up to the 150-160's. Just try him out and see what he thinks. At any rate, you should have fun with that one...best of luck.

did you get the trem? From what I've heard it is awesome. I wanted it but couldn't pull the trigger at the price...

I wasn't the one looking into it. I was just commenting on my limited experience with it. If I could justify using a high quality trem, I would look at this one seriously, but at the moment...I just wouldn't use it.

I still haven't seen the guy to get with him and try it. I know him through a mutual friend so it's not like I can just call him up and give it a test run. I'll see if I can flag him down sometime this week and try it out. I still haven't bought a trem so it's still an option for me.
If I do test it out I'll keep you posted.
