I picked up a DL4 from a friend who is letting me borrow it for a while, but unfortunately they do not have the instruction manual. I looked it up online, and, while it is very helpful, it doesn't seem to explain how to program the three programmable switches. Can anyone explain to me how to do this?

You just need to hold the switch down for a few seconds until the red LED blink, which indicates that the settings are saved.
