Building a Line Selector Tips?
Question: I'm looking to build a line selector (similar to the Boss LS-2). All I really want the pedal to have is an input and an output with an effects loop. For instance, if I have a tone sucking wah or noisy distortion pedals in the loop, with the step of a DPDT switch it is in the chain and just as easily switched out of the signal path. I saw on Mike Fuller's website an easy diagram for a homemade A/B box. It isn't quite the same as a line selector but I figured it should be almost as simple. Has anyone made one of these? Any tips on how to do it? Thanks! Nathan Answer: could you give me the link to that website? Answer: Sure. It is http://www.fulltone.com/qaframe.html The same Mike Fuller who makes the Fulltone pedals (like my Fulldrive-2 OD!) Answer: There are a few schematics floating around, let me get you a link: http://www.geofex.com/FX_images/milltbbx.gif http://www.singlecoil.com/tb-strip/tbstrip.html Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
