Quest for the untwisted cable!

Question:
Folks, I have one sole purpose in life... And well, this isn't it, but it ranks high up there. Is there such a thing as a guitar cable that doesn't twist?? I would do a lot to get one!
Answer:
There are a few peopel on here doing just that. I don't really worry about it anymore, although it does get annoying. Ever tried duct tape?
Answer:
If you learn how to wrap a cable correctly, it cuts down on that. But I'd say that a majority of people out there don't realize there's a right and wrong way to wrap a cable.

I agree completely
Answer:
+1. I can't wrap a good cable for bad word
Answer:
I personally find cloth covered cables to be less twisty (or at least easier to untwist... a lot less friction). Ever since I got my first cloth covered cable, I've never gone back.
Answer:
And i've had the exact opposite experience. My cloth cables are the worst twisters of the bunch...
Answer:
Cloth-covered cables = awesome.
It really seems like twisting is entirely about how you wrap it... when I take the time to wrap mine right, they never ever ever ever ever twist. I've had one cable for like 5 years and it's still going strong.
Answer:

If ever I see someone wrap a cable around their arm, I have to give them a verbal beating. Well not really, but I let them know how wrong they're doing it and teach them how to do it right. Once you learn the right way, you can never go back. I'd let people know how here, but I think it's more something I wouldn't be able to explain well without showing it in person.

Someday Major, somday
I have a cloth cable, but it twists like crazy, and I almost never wind it. It gets twisty from me moving around when I play.

Well that really sucks because now I want to know what the "right" way is. lol.
Answer:
you kinda loop it up while holding it in one hand, makeing sure it's straight and not twisting. near impossible to describe with words.
