God Bless... Answer: now on ebay... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MESE%3AIT&rd=1 Answer: Wow, way to wait and see if there's any interest... I would've offered free shipping with the Buy-It-Now option instead of a $20 set of headphones... Answer: Brent, I know it seems like this was not posted here for long, but I just recently found this site. I had had it posted elsewhere for a while, and was not getting much interest. I think with the newer models out (gnx4 and gnx3000) is is harder to get attention to the gnx3, though it is quite comparable and and excellent unit. I bought a new amp on Tuesday and have to fund that purchase so off to the 'bay it had to go. Since I recently purchased another higher end set of headphones, I am not using those Phillips and thought it would make a nice buy-it-now bonus for someone. I have to cover the shipping fee (and paypal fee) which is why I did not include that as the buy-it-now bonus (I did consider it). In fact, if you are interested in the unit, or anyone from CGR, I would substitute FREE SHIPPING for the headphones with the deal, or maybe even better..... PM or email me if interested. Peace and Grace, Ken Originally Posted by Brent Wow, way to wait and see if there's any interest... I would've offered free shipping with the Buy-It-Now option instead of a $20 set of headphones... Answer: Well my point about the buy it now was that it's $75 more than you're asking here, so it didn't seem the $18 shipping would be a huge hit to the $75 premium asked for there. As far as Paypal goes, there is no fee for you to receive money unless you're a business account member, in which case nearly all of those absorb the Paypal fees on their own or build it into the price. But anyway, doesn't really matter what I think about it. Don't want it. Don't need it. Answer: Brent, replys below: Well my point about the buy it now was that it's $75 more than you're asking here, so it didn't seem the $18 shipping would be a huge hit to the $75 premium asked for there. I had posted a better price here on CGR for my Christian axe playing friends. As a seller, I have that option to offer a discount on one board (selling forum) versus on eBay. Ebay gets much more traffic, and will certainly sell there. I prefer to sell in a closer knit communitiy if possible, but needed to sell this sooner. Posting price (buy-it-now price) on ebay added Headphones and covers $10 eBay posting fee and $10 Paypal fee as well. As far as Paypal goes, there is no fee for you to receive money unless you're a business account member, in which case nearly all of those absorb the Paypal fees on their own or build it into the price. I get charged 3% for paypal fee plus another $.30 for recieving funds. This is required for Premium (not business) accounts and enbles payer to use credit card payments. But anyway, doesn't really matter what I think about it. Don't want it. Don't need it. I am glad you brought that up and clarified. I am curious though why you bothered to post and comment if you were not interested in it. All the best, Ken Answer: Posting here isn't much different than on Ebay since you just joined and don't know anyone here... Not a terribly valid reason. I bothered to post even though I'm not interested because I'm an administrator here. That means I oversee the entire message board community. Brand new user posting stuff for sale only to pull it for Ebay a day later is a red flag on any message board or newsgroup. So I commented. Answer: Brent, Thanks for your reply. I think that there is a big difference between posting an item here and putting an auction up on ebay. We can get into that discussion via PM so as not to clog the forum. I did not see anything in the board rules about the length of time required for classified posting. Since I had posted the item here, I wanted everyone to be aware that it had been moved to ebay. I fully understand the need to monitor the threads and be mindful of any potentially suspicious behaviour. I have been a Christian all my life, I have played guitar for quite some time, but have only recently decided to link the two up and hence recently found this great forum. Members on this board have been very helpful in assisting me to find some Christian artists who align with my tastes. I appreciate and applaud your efforts here. I am members on a number of internet forums and I appreciate the work and often "unrecognized" time that it takes to properly monitor and administer a forum. We should take any future discussion to PM, and perhaps you could close/remove this thread as the acution ends this weekend anyway. thanks! Ken Answer: GNX3 is $SOLD. It sold on eBay for same amount as I had posted here (covering ebay, paypal and shipping fees). Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
