these are epi amps and i was wondering why they look old? do they sound the same and have distortion and such? thanks

Not bad. I kind of like it, 30 watts and 10" on a "name brand" isn't that bad for $150, at least in my experience. Hmm I bought a 15w, 8" peavey for $180. I like the retro look.

Crate did the same thing with the new RFX series...some companies seem to be trying to gain attention by using "vintage designs" on SS amps.
