Which one?

Question:
i recently bought an ibanez ts9dx to start my pedalboard and i was thinking of adding a compressor/sustainer and/or delay pedal but i dont know what to get.
i was looking at the mxr dynacomp, mxr supercomp, the boss cs-3, and the guyatone st2 compression sustainer for a compressor/sustainer pedal.
for delay, i'm debating between the boss dd-6, boss dd-3, and the line 6 echo park delay.
i have a fender fat strat > ibanez ts9dx > fender 25r frontman
any advice?
Answer:
Wierd stuff
Answer:
of those three delays, the echo park is probably going to be considered the best. personally I use my BOSS DD-5 (with a tap tempo switch) most of the time.

I've been told that the Boss compressor is the worst pedal that Boss makes. I personally haven't tried it out though. But I really love the warmth and sustain provided by the MXR compressors. One of the MXR's would be my personal choice.
Answer:
Yeah, the MXR compressors would probably be the best sounding of he ones you mentioned. However, speaking as an owner, the Boss CS-3 isn't so bad if you take the time to find a good setting. It's a bit noisy with a lot of distortion though. If you decide to go with a Boss, i'm selling mine. Just check out my thread in the classifieds...[/shameless plug]
