Need Help buying a wireless mic

Question:
I didnt know where to put this thread ... so ya...putting it here.
Alright...i'm looking for a wireless mic, a lavaliere mic, between 100 - 200 bucks. The sole purpose for it is in the sunday school room which is about 50' by 50'. We're not recording or looking for top notch sound. Just want to get a lotta use outta it and have it work.
any recommendations? So far i've found NADY (http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/...o=asc&sc=price). They offer a few different kinds. Anyone use this or have any comments about em? thanks alot
Answer:
Methinks this may fit better in amps /accessories.

Answer:
from what i've been told (looking for wireless guitar systems) NADY products are really hit or miss. If you can afford to even go up to the AKG setup you'll probably be much better off.
Answer:
Sure will usually be better than most of the other companies.
Answer:
yeah sure or audio technica
is it for singing or speaking. speaking you can be a little less picky about some things
Answer:
The thing with NADY I've heard from others I know who have tried, is that they will have (percentage-wise) more reliability issues than the others.

Answer:
ya its for just for talking into.
If nady isnt all that great..know of any other low cost ones? Again its not for a sermon or anything...so the quality doesnt have to be that good.
Answer:
well if it's a lavaliere i'm guessing its for speaking...
it's realyl tempting to ship this over to the recording forum...but i don't know how much they'd know over there.
Answer:
I wouldn't trust NADY... I'd get a used AKG, Shure or Audio Technica long before I got a NADY.
Make sure you get UHF, not VHF... the quality and reliability of the signal is far superior and now-a-days the prices on UHF isn't much higher.
