Well, there are a couple of options. You can tape a sheet of hard plastic to the bottom of preffered shoe and press down on several pedals at once. Or you can also get a true-bypass strip. It's kind of hard to explain how it works but basically you plug your stompboxes into their own effects loop and then the true-bypass strip will sometimes have a master switch that let's you select several stompboxes to be on at once and then just press the masterswitch and it turns on/off the pedals that you had selected. You can get some info on them a bit here.

You could go with guitarfreak's true bypass idea, or you might just have to have quick feet...

Answer:
Or you could always set them up with a MIDI control system. Basically, you plug all your pedals in to a MIDI switching system, then get a MIDI control board. A few hours of programming later, you can make individual switches or complex switches, all with only pressing one button. Gets expensive though.
Answer:
Yeah, MIDI control is what you'll see typically used by the big touring guys who have a ton of pedals to control. If you've ever seen Third Day live, for example, you may have noticed that Brad Avery only has a wah, volume, one or two pedals and a big board with a bunch of different buttons. He has a whole rack of pedals off stage that is controlled by that MIDI pedalboard. The advantage is being able to activate different patches at any time with different combinations of different pedals at once.
That's actually the first time I've ever seen or heard of anything like that true bypass strip. The main disadvantage with it right away is you'd be programming between every song because it's more of a selective on-off switch than anything. If you have 3 different effects sets you use for one song (say clean verse, chorus and lead) then you'd be out of luck with something like that because you could only flip flop between two on-off settings on the pedals.
