acoustiFX

Question:
Hey, has anybody on here ever used an acoustiFX multi-effects pedal? If so, how would you rate them?
Answer:
Hey, I'm not sure what that is, but judging by the name, I'm assuming it gives you effects for acoustic guitar?
Can anyone explain this to me? I mean the most I've ever done is plugged the guitar into a PA system, just to get a nice clean sound, I've never tried to put effects with it. Can you mix like electric pedals into acoustic amps, or even one of those stomp boxes into a PA? What effects get I get with an acoustic guitar? I've heard a delay-type effect being used a lot, but not much other then that.
Answer:
man, i'm not sure about all that mixing stuff, but i bet you could do it; you just might get a funny sound or something. This acoustiFX pedal is made for acoustics, and it has like 19 effects, all designed to play with an acoustic, of course. i was looking at it on guitar center's website cause i'd like to get one.

Answer:
no you don't really want to mix electric effects with an acoustic, though its technically possible.
acoustic affects processors, edit the digital signal, adding some slight reverb, or tremelo, it can add a compressor, delay, things like that, all to a small degree and of course you can control what effects it uses
Answer:
has anyone used this acoustiFX pedal before?
