Answer:
None of the above.
Actually, of those four I'd definitely either go with the Spider III or the Cube 15X. Just note that as you get better and if you ever play out with a band or something, you'll be wanting something more real fast.
The Cube is simpler and easy to use, while the Spider has more features and some built in FX.

Another idea. I can't vouch for it personally, but I've heard good things. Maybe someone can comment. It's around your price range.
Vox Pathfinder.

Answer:
overall the line 6 one is probably the best to go with....my second choice would be the roland....
Answer:
I can't agree with the Spider III, but I am going on my experience with a Spider II, which was the worst sounding amp I've ever owned. It was ok if you played nothing but thrash or something, but it had the single worst clean sound I think I've ever heard. Swapped it for a Vox ADT30Vx, which was better in every way.
Answer:
Out of those I think I would go with the spider. It has a lot of different sounds and I think it will be good for the kind of music you like to play. While something like that epi valve jr might be a better amp, I don't think it will be what you're looking for.
Answer:
Thanks for the input peoples.
I'm also going to try them out before purchase...so if I don't like the clean sound I'll know.
Answer:
After all that I went and got a Vox DA15.

Those little Vox's are pretty good amps even with the 8" speaker. My friend has one for practice and I was surprised how good it sounded. Congrats.
