sounds like delay...or a tap-tempo tremelo (which do exist)..."bounce" is such a vague term.

Sounds like a tap-tempo delay. It could be tremelo or vibrato, but I can bet its delay. Go to Musician's Friend and listen to samples of delay pedals to see if thats what you're looking for.
