Yeah but a used Floor POD plus (when they get to that point) would cost even less than that. Anyway, the point of the thread was not to point out what i'm willing to buy. I think Line 6 will sell a lot of these.

Blech! I'd rather have my RP250 than something with an antiquated computer chip. It's ridiculous what they are charging for that thing. I could buy two RP250's. Another $50 you could have a new Digitech GNX3000. Its just a pure marketing ploy to get the people that don't want to pay $400 for an XTL to buy something "almost as good" for $100 less. Unlike Line 6, Digitech puts the same chips in the GNX3000 as they do in the new RP's. That way if you can't afford their flagship product you can get the same sound quality with less features for an affordable price.
