Loopers-Boss Rc-2 or DIgitech JamMan?

Question:
I want to improve my guitar skills, and I'm thinking that a looper would really help me in my practicing. I play in my church worship band, but our practices don't really allow for much experimentation. I especially want to improve my fills and short solos.
So--Boss RC-2 or Digitech JamMan? RC-2 is $180, whereas the JamMan is $300. $300 is definitely a lot for me, but it lets you save 99 loops for up to 6.5 hours which can be stored on computer. The RC-2 only lets you save 11 loops for a total of 16 minutes. That's a pretty huge difference, but I don't know if the extra $120 is worth the difference.
Does anyone here have any experiences with either of these pedals?
Answer:
The Line 6 Delay pedal also has a looper. It's only about 14 sec or so but it lets you throw down a chord progression or something and work off that. Then when you're not practicing you have yourself a pretty sweet delay pedal also. Maybe those pedals have other features too, I'm just throwing it out there.
Answer:
I'd check out the Boss. Nothing against the Jam-Man, but the RC-2 has a lot to offer for the price. Either way, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Answer:
I'd go for the BOSS. Besides, you probably wouldn't even use 66 minutes of loops anyways; and if you did you need to seriously clean that out.
Answer:
I forget where I found it, but I downloaded a Boss video with one of their reps demonstrating the big Boss loop unit. It actually confused me a little. I've been thinking of a looper also. I might consider getting the Boss RC-20XL Loop Station.
If I could afford it I would probably go with a Boomerang though.
You could probably find that Boss video on Youtube. I downloaded it, so that means I had to get it from somewhere else. Maybe the Boss/Roland site itself??

Thanks for the replies. I did see that demonstration video--one place to see it is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjqaPWZpUc8 for anyone interested. There's another one at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tSfDcN_qXg. The more I think about it, the more I'm leaning to the RC-2. I just need it for practice, not composing, and $180 is a lot easier on the wallet than $300.

This one is just a guy practicing.
