This auction is for a beautiful Dean EVO FT in Transparent Black over a Flame Maple top. I purchased this guitar along with a hard case in early 2003 from Musicians' Friend. I had it professionally set up locally for 10-46 strings and installed Dunlop Strap Locks.
A unique feature of this guitar is the 'coil split' switch which allows you to play in a single-coil mode, giving you the classic Strat sound in addition to the dual humbucker Les Paul type of tones.
I've played this guitar in my smoke-free home studio and at church. It does have some light pick marks on the front and some buckle rash on the back that I couldn't capture with my digital camera.
This guitar looks great, has awesome tone and sustain, a straight neck and stays in tune.
