I'm looking for some cool effects for bass, I want to buy some cool effect pedals for my bass, I bought a digitech effect box but I got tried of it and got rit of it.

A Russian Big Muff is great for bass, even better if it's modified for more low-end. The EHX Bass Balls is great too.

a few common suggestions:
Boss OC2 Octaver. Great pedal, does one and two octaves down and you can blend in your original signal.
Electro Harmonix Q-Tron. Filter effects.
MXR Phase 90. Phase, sounds good on bass.
Tech 21 Bass Driver DI. DI and amp model/overdrive. Sounds good, good features.

Just try not to overdo it. The more modulation fx on a bass, the more it screws with the bass sonic frequencies in the overall mix, try not to turn your sound into big piles of mush, unless you like that.
Personally, I'll just take a Tech 21 Sansamp Bass Driver for some nice overdrive.
