What is a pot
Question: I just bought a Dunlop Classic Crybaby on the reviews of the site i got it on one says the pot starts to crackle after a while (like 250 hours of playing or something) what is a pot. can it be fixed? Help me out here... Help me out here... the "pot" is the potentiometer inside the pedal that is moved when you rock the pedal up and down during play. It can be fixed if needed. Probably all you'd have to do is add some contact cleaner. Answer: a pot is a potentiometer. your guitar has at least one (for the volume knob) and most likely another (for the tone knob). it controls certain aspects (like volume, or tone) of the sound, and on a wah pedal it controls the amount of high and low frequencies. and yes it can be replaced Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
