my new amp

Hey all, thought I'd post a few pics of my new purchase. I didn't even plan on buying this nice (or expensive) of an amp, but on pure whim I plugged in and fell in love.

Congrats! I spent a bit of time with one at Sam Ash some months ago, and I really liked it. If I were playing in gigging venues, I would have one.

Yeah...thats actually a problem for me. I don't gig all that often, maybe twice a year. (I play weekly at church, but they won't let me use an amp, so I use the amp mods on the BlackBox). So, it was hard for me to justify to myself (and my wife) the cost of this amp, which was only 700. Still, after playing this amp, I just couldn't convince myself to leave with the Spider III I had gone there to buy.

Oh yeah this amp is great, but i got to say that mine could really use a tube upgrade but i just have not got around to it yet.

I was just trying one of these out at GC today. Of course it sounded astounding, but boy, the AC30 model on my PODxt Live emulates it amazingly well.
