wah wah
Question: OK guys... Tell me what you think of this wah test...and if you don't mind say if you own a wah and what kind of wah you own...I'll tell you all later what kind of wah this is, but I don't want you to be biased! http://www.unleavened.net/wahtest.mp3 Peace! ~Shawn Answer: I am really digging that. I like the wah w/ delay too. very cool. Sounds great! I don't own a wah unfortunately. Answer: Thanks for voting guys! OK...this wah is the wah built into my Vox Tonelab SE, an all in one multi FX and amp modeler. I kind-of like it...but I haven't owned a real wah since I was a teen 22 years ago, and it got stolen so the only reference I have is from recordings, and this one doesn't sound to my ears as organic as I would like....but it beats the pants off of the one built into my old Digitech GSP2101 Studio Tube multi!... ~Shawn Answer: Originally Posted by eyema_believer OK guys... Is the Tonelab a digital multi? That wah is probably based off the Vox wah, which is supposed to be pretty nice. I played one and wasn't very impressed with it, but it was through a crappy amp. I really really like it...but I'm not sure about the wah... Peace! ~Shawn Answer: Yeah, I like it, you have a good feel of how/when to use it. I have a crybaby, but I really want a buddah wah Answer: yeah i was thinking of getting the budda wah too but i think the fact that it doesn't have an led is making me hesitate.. Answer: I think the feel of the pedals on many multis aren't right for wah-ing. I like having my dedicated wah pedal and also my volume pedal along wiht my PODxt. Answer: I hope It barely passes implies that one likes it somewhat. Answer: I listened to that whole thing, and liked it. I would definately take a dedicated wah over a multi though, because I agree with this: Originally Posted by Rainer. I think the feel of the pedals on many multis aren't right for wah-ing. By the way, I have a Morley Pro Series II Wah. Answer: I dig this clip, very defined wah sound...sounds kinda like my Weeping Demon through my bro's Vintage DS-1....sorta Satriani'ish....props Oh......and excellent playing too btw.....really made me think Satriani.
