pedal board searching

Question:
I need a new pedal board. The one I have is home made... and pretty much a mess. I suppose I could just use it and add to it what I want, but I'm wondering what other options I have out there.
Right now, I have a Digitech Whammy 4, Crybaby Wah, Ibanez TS9DX, EH Small Stone, Boss DD-3 (though I may be selling it, but not sure yet), a Rolls MIDI controller (for my rack effects unit), and I'm soon or likely soon to own a Line 6 DL-4 and an Ernie Ball volume pedal.
Ideally, I'd like something that I can hide the power strip and power supplies from view, either somehow underneath the board or underneath a tier on top. The problem is, I don't know where I can purchase any such board that is both large enough for all my pedals with possible room to grow, and I'd also like it to have some sort of case, whether it be soft or not. And of course, the more affordable, the better.
Of course, I could also just try and get my current pedal board to work this way. Right now, it's just a slab of wood covered in this felt-like material. If possible, I'd like to either get rid of the felt and replace it with a better material, or get rid of it all together and figure out a way to keep my pedals on better. Also, there's the whole problem with my power strip and supplies being in plain view when I'd like to hide them, so adding a tier would help... but I don't have the slightest clue how I'd even go about doing that, and I'm not exactly the greatest craftsman/carpenter. Thus why I was thinking of just buying one.
Sooooo, either way, if anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be awesome. Thanks.

Sooooo, either way, if anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be awesome. Thanks. I just got a PedalTrain Pro and it is great. They show on there website how to hide the power supplies under it in the FAQ's. It is really light but very strong, i have stood on mine and it took it great. So you might take a gander at them
Answer:
Here's what I'd do:
See if you need a new piece of plywood for size, if you do, go get one, otherwise, keep the current one and remove the felt.
Second, buy some speaker cabinet carpet off of eBay. Super cheap and you can get something around a 60" x 40" for less than 10 bucks shipped.
Attach another piece of plywood to the back of the board, making it slope, then place strategic holes near the back of the board to feed cables to the power supply underneath.
Attach the carpet with contact cement, nothing else. contact cement is what you need. Make sure to wrap around the edges for added durability and adhesion.
Get some heavy velcro with adhesive on the back if you need new stuff, just not industrial or 3M. It will stick too much. Also get some Goo Gone or peanut butter to remove velcro adhesive.
After that, you can do all sorts of things, add handles to the sides, buy a case, etc., but those are the basics.

Thanks anyways.

CL I'm kinda in a remote place right now, but I'll try and see if I can find materials and stuff.
That actually was my original idea for this, but my only concern was that doing that with the wood I had was going to make the board itself way too heavy.
Answer:
well its just 150 with a soft casr though. I just bought the hard case for extra protection

Rondo pedal cases have a decent rep...but you won't be able to hide anything.
Answer:
I don't have any suggestions for you, cause I made mine myself, but I will say this. If you end up making another one, DON'T use 3/4 inch plywood. I did, and mine is ridicously heavy.
