epiphone makes some nice amps these days. Unfortunately, thats not really one of them.

Who uses a halfstack? I think they are just for looks.
Get a Vox. Epi hasnt exactly been the best amp makers.

For the price, epiphone has some great inexpensive amps. The valve junior is a fun little amp. I really look forward to playing their two new tube offerings.

Please tell me you don't really mean that. Some random guitarist with a les paul and a marshall half stack behind him is the classic image of rock and roll for me.

I'd have to play it to make even a half-fair assessment of it.
The only modern Epi amps I've played have been the Valve Jr. variety and they're not bad for the $$$ but they're also a class A all-tube design and nothing like the solid state amp that's linked to.
