EEEK, I'm hesitant to mention this because it's 25 dollars over your max. So sorry. I like the microcube though. Its the cheapest amp I think is really great. I don't really know any good amps for 100 dollars flat though. Maybe you should just get the frontman, just because your budget. Microcube Answer: Yeah, I dont think there are any good amps for that much, save up, once you get like, $200 then we will talk, Answer: If 100 bucks is more than you want to spend, you are in trouble. Seriously, save up and buy a Fender Blues Jr. used. They are very good. Only about 250 bucks used. Answer: Pawn shops. Save yourself time and save some more money and go all tube. Answer: better yet, find one of the recommended all tube amps at your local pawn shop, where the owner does not know the difference. I have seen Marshall 100 watt all tube heads go for $70. take a list from the amp reccomendations thread to some pawn shops and see if you find one of them there for under a hundred. Answer: Holy crap, are you serious? 70 bucks? Someone isn't thinking straight today... Answer: Originally Posted by BillSPrestonEsq Pawn shops. yes, my friend. "I don't know man. It's a real piece of junk. Are you sure you want to sell that for 100 dollars? It looks like it's about 50..." "Uh...I...I" "If that..." "Um...how about $30? Final offer." "Alright!" Answer: That would be fun. "C'mon, why are you selling that Gibson for 800 bucks? It doesn't have any strings!!" "Um, how about 200 bucks?" "That seems a little high. 150?" "Sure!!" I should check pawn shops when looking for a tube amp. Answer: Hm. I just have a quick question about amp heads. You can just plug your guitar into the amp head and play right? I mean it's not completely necessary to have a cab? So if the amp head is 100w, then you would be playing out a hundred watts just plugged into the head, am I correct? Sorry for the dumb question, I've never played on a head/cab amp. The greatest amp I've ever played is a Peavey Classic. None of my friends and the church doesn't have a head/cab or anything so yea. "Alright!" Lol. Man, I've NEVER seen a pawn shop in my life before. Never even been near one. I'm in New Jersey, where the heck can I find a pawn shop, anyone know? I know they have some in the city (NYC), which is like half an hour away, but I'm always too lazy to do anything in the city. Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
