first amp

Question:
I've been playing acoustic for 2 years. I lead worship at my youth group also. I just bought a fender strat and need an amp, I want to play blues style but I also want an amp thaat will be versatile enough to use for leading worship. Any ideas???
Answer:
Roland micro cube. I have one and it totally rocks. It's versatile, it sounds great, and it's loud for it's size.
Answer:
Depends on how much you want to spend.
The Roland MicroCube is nice if you're only spending $100ish, but I think you might want something more.
Answer:
After the MicroCube, the other Roland cubes are just really expensive practice amps, IMHO. I feel like Roland tried to make a Boss amp with the Cube line.
How much money do you want to spend? Thats what we need to know.
But just off the top of my head, Epiphone just came out with a new line of blues amps. Check out Fender.
Answer:
Epi - VJ.
Inexpensive. Simple. Sounds Great. Takes up about 1' of space on your floor.
Plus it takes to effects, and mods very well. So if you want to expand your sound later on you can by a few simple effects pedals, or a mutli-effects pedal if you want one.
Answer:
Do you have a certain price range?
