yea. I already have a marshall 4x12. I've seen those amps, they're pretty cool, but I have the floorboard unit, and I'm planning on plugging it straight into a power amp.

Why not go straight into the PA, letting the power amp for the board providing all the power and use any amp as a stage monitor?

I'm also interested in what the power tubes will do to my sound. Let me first say that I'm extremely pleased with the tone of this thing - it's just unbelievable. But if a tube power amp would make it sound even better, then why not run it through a cab and mic the cab?

I think the idea with these modelers is to allow you to create your own amps and to match them with cab models, including a 4 X 12. But, I guess you can create a totally different sound with another amplifier. The possibilities may be endless.
