Behringer Acoustic DI

Question:
I have been thinking about replacing my Zoom 404 acoustic pedal with the Behringer Acoustic DI. I think the Behringer will do what I use the Zoom pedal to do which is to reduce the harshness of the piezo, reduce feedback and give the sound some mic emulation. The Zoom does a decent job at those things. I don't really need the effects on the Zoom. The only effects I use on the Zoom are chorus and reverb and I can get those from my amp. It would be nice to have a balanced output that I can use to plug into a PA. I'm wondering if I could send the balanced output to the PA and the 1/4 inch output to an amp for monitoring. The price is right; most of the other DI's I see go for $150 and up. I could probably sell my Zoom for a little more than what the Behringer goes for new. Anyone have experience with it?
Answer:
Hmm... No Opinions?
Answer:
Sorrry. I use an older SansAmp, basically to do the same thing. I'm quite pleased with it - gives me a lot of control over the "nuance" of the tone and rounds off some of the piezo harshness.
