Question:
I played the combo version at Guitar Center about a month ago and really liked it, except it had that small speaker tone, simply not fat enough. My Fender 25R had the same thing I didn't like about it and my 412 cab solved that. So I'm thinking and hoping my cab does the same for this little head. If it does it should be super sweet.
Anyone else looked into these?

I have one and use it as my practice amp. I love it. I really warms up when you crank it, but even at about 9 o'clock it sounds great. I'm playing it through a 1x12 cab with a Greenback speaker, open backed cab. I think it would probably sound better with a closed back cab, but the Greenback seems to be a good match.
An EQ of some kind would be of value as it lacks some high end.

+1 for the Greenbacks. I've heard that it needs a tube swap and a modification or two... but aside from that, I've heard clips that were impressive...considering.
