Ok, so I recently upgraded my gear a bit and this is how my chain now goes...
guitar--->Boss GE 7--->Pro Co Rat--->Tubescreamer--->Boss RV3--->Amp
I also have a ZOOM 606 which i can still use for individual effects.
I was just wondering if you guys had any suggestions for achieving the best sound.

There are a number of sources on what order to put effects, but the general theory is: wah --> compression --> distortion & overdrive --> modulation (chorus, flanger, phaser)--> time-based effects (delay, reverb). So, given what you have, I would put them: guitar --> Tubescreamer --> Rat --> GE 7 --> RV3 --> amp. The Zoom would fit in depending on what effect(s) you are primarily using in it. Compression-goes at front; chorus, flanger, or phaser-put it before the reverb, etc.
Having said all that, rules are made to be broken, and the general theory on the order is just a starting point. You can find some pretty cool sound discoveries by playing around with the order, so I would start with that order and then experiment to your heart's content.

Some people put their EQ before their OD pedals because someOD pedals react differently based on the amount of signal they receive
