Stephen's Song

Question:
This may be against the rules...I hope not.
I have a friend I have recorded, and he is simply amazing. He doesn't think his stuff is that good. He has awesome writing/singing/guitar playing/bow staff skills. My plan (assuming people agree with me ) is to compile these responses and see I can convince him to do something with this song.
We set up a purevolume for his music. The song is called "Stephen's Song" Its the 2nd on this list

Stephens Song
Stephens his American name
His countrys far away from here
Bus number is one is lonely, that takes him home
His home is just a simple place
A worn out couch and his beds not made
And he doesn’t mind if things, don’t look that pretty
The picture on his wall says “Love”
Though its hard to find in his neighborhood
You can see it on his face, you can see it in his eyes
It says..
Love is patient, love is kind
It does not boast, and there’s no pride
And it is not self seeking, is not self seeking
It says…
Take your wisdom, faith in tongues
It’ll all pass away when the world is done
Lets hold to love, lets hold on to love
My name is Jon, I’ve got my car
I’ll take you home if its not that far
But I don’t have time to be lonely
My home is not a simple place
2 couches my beds not made
and its hard for me to see through all my blessings
The picture on my wall says love
But theology more interesting
Oh, when will I learn When will I learn
That…
Love is patient, love is kind
It does not boast, and there’s no pride
And it is not self seeking, is not self seeking
It says…
Take your wisdom, faith in tongues
It’ll all pass away when the world is done
Lets hold to love, lets hold on to love

Stephens on the bus again
He’s got Christ in his heart not a track in his hand
And he’s holding on to love, he’s wondering on his heart
He says…
Love is patient, love is kind
It does not boast, and there’s no pride
And it is not self seeking, is not self seeking,
it says…
Take your wisdom, faith in tongues
It’ll all pass away when the world is done
Lets hold to love, lets hold on to love
So....whaddya think?
Answer:
I like it.
I might go a bit more in depth later, but off-hand, I really like this song.
