Question:
I just received the two newer Tommy Walker/C.A. Worship Band discs.
1. "Break Through" - live disc recorded at Saddleback Church. Amazing musicianship, amazing times of praise and worship, great quality recording though I do wish Tommy would find another lead guitar patch on his Boss floorboard...I'll have to talk to him about that.
2. Live from Zambia - "Heal Our Land" - recorded live on a visit to Africa last year, this is a CD/DVD set and, imho, is a MUST HAVE for anyone involved in music ministry.
I've only watched the DVD so far but it is moving...emotional...uplifting and yet heartbreaking...with footage of some very powerful moments of worship, prayer, and people's lives being changed by Jesus Christ for the first time as they ask Him to enter their hearts...just simply amazing.
Both discs contain songs with loads of stellar musicianship wrapped around strong Word-based lyrics and powered by God's Spirit through Tommy's heart for worldwide worship evangelism.
Highly recommended listening/viewing.

I'll have to check this out. I like to introduce as much Tommy Walker stuff as my band can chew on, but for a bunch of rhythmless white boys, it can be a challenge sometimes to do that gospel thang...
