Worship songs

Question:
I am a guitarist in my church and I really like songs by Matt Redman, Chris Tomlin, and Tim Hughes. I find that when I sing their songs either by myself or with our worship team, I feel the prescence of God. I really like songs such as "Heart of Worship", "How Great is Our God", "Here I am to Worship", "Blessed be your Name", "Holy is the Lord" and many others. I am wondering if anyone is interested in starting a discussion about the techniques used to play these songs or other songs by these worship songwriters. I would be glad to share about how I play a specific song.
To His Glory
Answer:
i love to use my capo. and lots of songs by those artists require the use of a capo to have it sound the best.
sometimes i'll use a capo even if the song doesn't require one, just to add another layer of tone to it.
Answer:
I'd be interested in discussing this, even though I'll only be sporadically around for the next couple weeks.
I'll be honest: generally, I use the same guitar techniques for playing these songs (those with congregational or individual worship implications) that I use for playing songs that have no such implications.
What I'm wondering is what you do that's different...?
Nate
