God Says (RC)
Question: A worship song I wrote a couple of weeks ago. I might have a better recording whenever our whole band plays it soon. This one is just a scratch track. God Says [Verse 1] God says "I have loved you with a lasting love." And God says "I have showered you with loving kindness." God says "I knew you even before you were born." God says "I know the plans I have for you." And God says "They will prosper you and will not harm you. These plans will give you a future and hope." [Pre-chorus] But what can we say? What can we do To give our blessing right back to You? [Chorus] We say "Thank You, Lord. Thank You, Lord. You have given us so much. You have given us so much. We owe you our lives and offer them To be used by You however You will." [Verse 2] God says "Ask and I will give it to you." God says "Seek and you will surely find it." God says "Knock and shall find an open door." God says that He loved the world so much He sent us Jesus, That whoever believe in Him shall never perish, But he shall have life forevermore. [Bridge] And though we'll never be able to repay It never stopped you from giving anyway. So we say. . . And the chords for those interested...
