Who are todays biggest worship artists?
Question: Who do you all think is the biggest worship music artist in the CMI? I've got Jeff Deyo and Chris Tomlin...any others?? ~Adam~ Answer: David Crowder, Matt Redman, Todd Fields, Charlie Hall, and Shane and Shane come to mind off the top of my head. Do you need some more? Answer: Hillsongs, sadly. Answer: MJ_Avalanche and HIllsongs... Answer: It's amazing... the hills are managing to sing all of Hillsongs' songs at once! Answer: Hahaha! Nice work guys. As for worship artists, it has all pretty much been covered. Answer: I think that covers most of it...but if you do have more...sure. I'm just trying to get some ideas for new worship for my youth group. Answer: Originally Posted by adamkaboom Who do you all think is the biggest worship music artist in the CMI? Answer: I think Tim Hughes deserves a mention as well. Answer: JEREMY CAMP Answer: We do a lot of Tommy Walker stuff, along with Lincoln Brewster, Tomlin, and those guys from Oz. DD Answer: I guess we do more Third Day, Newsong, Tim Hughes, News Boys, Darlene Zcheck (spelled wrong I'm sure), some Chris Tomlin. Jo Answer: Here in Britain it's probably Tim Hughes, Matt Redman, Chris Tomlin, Hillsongs, Paul Oakley. they are the best known worship leaders probably. I think this question depends on what you mean. If "biggest worship artists" means record sales, then I would say David Crowder, Chris Tomlin, Third Day's worship stuff, and then perhaps Delirious. If "biggest worship artists" means amount of songs done at churches, then perhaps Maranatha, Hillsongs, Lakewood. A lot of churches still do a bunch of 80's/90's Maranatha stuff.
