I have a lot of respect for Robin Mark, I have read some excellent articles by him and he has done some very good hymn arrangements (check out his version of 'My song is love unknown').
he is the first guy that comes to mind.

Answer:
Bono.
Answer:
Keith Green.
Answer:
I really don't look up to anyone in that way. I admire some people's intergrity and Christ-centeredness, and they happen to lead worship.

For songwriting and leading skill and tightness, Matt Redman.
Answer:
I think worship is a very personal thing, and so it's tough to say I "look up to" someone in that sense.
I liked that Adam said "Bono", because Bono wasn't what we might consider a "worship leader". I like his take on that.
But as for musicality, dynamics, flow, inspiration, etc...I would have to say David Crowder, Matt Redman, and Charlie Hall are my biggest influences. They are the closest thing to "role models" that I can think of as a congregational worship leader.
But as for spirituality, and a sense of worship itself...I look up to Jon Foreman of Switchfoot a lot. They defy genres, defy barriers, and still have a great deal of integrity and sense of open spirituality about their worship. They are on the secular charts, play shows in bars, and love to just entertain people and get a crowd going. But they can still have worship times, and can be serious about God and worship.
I admire them more than any other artist out there right now for this sort of thing.

he is my hero. seriously. i just regret he died 5 years before i was born. when i hear how he led worship from ppl who did see him, and from cds and dvds, i always want to emulate the same messages he did. he had a message for the church that the church really needs in this day and age.

The only person who I've seen with the same presence in concert was Rich Mullins. I still think seeing him on the World As Best As I Remember It Tour is a highlight of my life.

When I was a teenager, I would have to say my biggest influences were Matt Redman and Martin Smith.
I would have to say my biggest inspiration anymore would have to be some of the people from my church. One guy had been playing for years, he's got an incredible heart for God and it shows in every aspect of his life. The other is our music director, I don't agree with his ways a lot of the time but God has worked a few miracles through him in our music department. His passion for music ministry is incredible.
