Need help with lyrics
Question: Hey y'all, I am starting to write a song and I have started the music already, but the lyrics just aren't coming to me? Could some of you guys help? just add a phrase each time. I think I want it to be about how God is always there for us. This is my first song, so I need help! THanks Answer: Are you suggesting we each write a line of the song in sequence? Actually, that might be kinda fun...ABCB rhyme scheme sound good? A silent ship steals its way across clouded skies Answer: Dude have you been to The Happening cause your signature is the same as their goal. Anyway I'm with skeeter that it might be fun to do something like, it's a little unusual and adds a little of each of us into it. If you're wanting an idea for your own though, something is just driving me to tell you that maybe your signature there is an awesome idea for a song about God. It would allow you to incorparte your own experiences and God's love too. Just a suggestion. God bless and good luck. Answer: good idea skeet. raindrops not yet fallen are the wind in it's sails. Answer: the bottle that is broken is a heartfelt goodbye Answer: And for the captain the crew fails Answer: The broken shards like tears from a child's eyes. Answer: A silent ship steals its way across clouded skies Raindrops not yet fallen are the wind in it's sails The bottle that is broken is a heartfelt goodbye And for the captain the crew fails The broken shards like tears from a child's eyes We fell asleep to crashings in the gale Answer: A silent ship steals its way across clouded skies Raindrops not yet fallen are the wind in it's sails The bottle that is broken is a heartfelt goodbye And for the captain the crew fails The broken shards like tears from a child's eyes We fell asleep to crashings in the gale a brand new wind rocks our cradle tonight Answer: A silent ship steals its way across clouded skies Raindrops not yet fallen are the wind in it's sails The bottle that is broken is a heartfelt goodbye And for the captain the crew fails The broken shards like tears from a child's eyes We fell asleep to crashings in the gale a brand new wind rocks our cradle tonight All hands on deck as limp arms flail Answer: Nice, nice, nice...this is turning out pretty good. A silent ship steals its way across clouded skies Raindrops not yet fallen are the wind in it's sails The bottle that is broken is a heartfelt goodbye And for the captain the crew fails The broken shards like tears from a child's eyes We fell asleep to crashings in the gale a brand new wind rocks our cradle tonight All hands on deck as limp arms flail [chorus?] Hopelessness is our new disguise Answer: Our enemy is our empty eyes Answer: A silent ship steals its way across clouded skies Raindrops not yet fallen are the wind in it's sails The bottle that is broken is a heartfelt goodbye And for the captain the crew fails The broken shards like tears from a child's eyes We fell asleep to crashings in the gale a brand new wind rocks our cradle tonight All hands on deck as limp arms flail [chorus?] Hopelessness is our new disguise Our enemy is our empty eyes Father take my open wounds and sew them up Answer: Lord, guide our ship from its own destruction. I think this might work. it adds a slight break to the end of the chorus, but my personal preference. God bless. Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.thanktoday.com
