"One Friend" RC
Question: Verse 1 He sits there, all alone Got no friends and he's on his own He's waiting, for just a phone call An email message or anything at all Pre-Chorus Cuz nothing could make it worse for him All he needs is just a friend Chorus A friend who will always love And is there when you need him most A friend that'll pull you through Every mess you get into A friend that would die for you, that's one friend to hold on to Verse 2 Living all this time Never failing cuz he never tried He wants to say goodbye Cuz no one cared his entire life Pre-Chorus Chorus Interlude guitar solo Bridge I think he found that friend To stop his loneliness And break his chains so he can finally live Chorus End woot. Answer: C'mon guys....I need input, i'm an aspiring musician Answer: Originally Posted by rippinforjesus Verse 1 He sits there, all alone Got no friends and he's on his own He's waiting, for just a phone call An email message or anything at all It's ok. Very cliche ryhmes though. Pre-Chorus Cuz nothing could make it worse for him All he needs is just a friend This part is fine. Chorus A friend who will always love And is there when you need him most A friend that'll pull you through Every mess you get into A friend that would die for you, that's one friend to hold on to Good ideas for the chorus here, but nothing seems to ryhme... at all. Well, there is the exception of "through-to", but thats cliche. Good thoughts for the chorus here. I like what its saying. Verse 2 Living all this time Never failing cuz he never tried He wants to say goodbye Cuz no one cared his entire life Very vague... or how should i put this... general... But the ryhmes are better. Pre-Chorus Chorus Interlude guitar solo Bridge I think he found that friend To stop his loneliness And break his chains so he can finally live Chorus End woot. Again, Nothing ryhmes... but the ideas and the thoughts in this bridge and the way it blends in with the chorus is good. I like that. It's ok overall, but keep working on it, and it could be great.
