Question: Can anyone help me out with this song? I can only find the Rebecca St. James version using the F#m, but I know I've played it in A without using that version. Problem is I can't remember it Thanks in advance! peace, CM Answer: Rebecca St. James' version is in A as well. Unless I didn't completely understand what you were saying. Josh. Answer: I don't think it's possible to play the song in A and not have the F#m. Answer: The song played in A certainly would include an F#m...I've seen people play it without it, basically just playing A and D, but it didn't sound right to me Answer: Verse: A-D-A-D-A-A/G#-F#m7-Esus-E Chorus: A-A/G#-F#m7-D-D/C#-Esus (those are not relative to Capo 2) that's how i play it. that way the bass line follows the vocal line. (it occurs to me that we may or may not be talking about the same song- but give that a whirl, if it's different then oh well.) Answer: Play it in G, it's easy. Answer: Yeah.. G, C, D, Em. It's cake like that. Answer: Originally Posted by CaribouMaster Can anyone help me out with this song?
