I'm surprised this didn't get more input, but alas...
My most used resource is Song Discovery, followed by a host of collected hymn resources, including RUF.
Other leaders at my church used the Worship Together songbooks quite a bit, though I have not found them as interesting.

I didn't respond because I pretty much just listen to worship CD's, figure out the music on my own and prepare it myself.
Although I do use WorshipTogether for their free song.

I could not live in a world that did not include Worship Leader's Song Discovery. It allows us to stay very current and learn stuff quickly. The CD gives good suggestions of how the song goes and the lead sheets are good.

Yeah, I know... but how many other online worship resources do you know of that even have demos (bad as they may be in most cases at the RUF site)? Seriously, that is one of the greatest parts of the RUF site, in my mind... regardless of how terrible some of the performances are. There's just something about HEARING a new song that helps you figure out whether you're going to be able to use it or not.
